FrontLine Service
FrontLine Service is a private, non profit organization that describes its mission around preventing suicide, resolving behavioral health crises, and supporting people affected by trauma, with programs that include crisis response and hotline style support. It also publishes accreditation information for its mental health and case management programs, which is a practical indicator of an established clinical operations model.
Resolving Crises
FrontLine Service, formerly MHS, 24/7 Suicide Prevention Hotline for children and adults whose safety and health are threatened by mental health challenges or overwhelming stressors. We provide Crisis Assessment and Intervention services throughout Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and have done so without interruption since 1995. In 2011, our Mobile Crisis Team received more than 20,000 requests for services.
Support Group
For MCW Casino players in Bangladesh, this Support Group is positioned as an external psychological support channel connected to responsible play and player wellbeing. The working goal is early intervention for stress, loss of control signals, sleep disruption, and financial anxiety that can show up around high frequency gambling, with a pathway for brief counseling, coping plans, and escalation for crisis level risk when warning signs appear. Support is designed around confidential contact, short response windows, and language appropriate communication, with referral guidance toward locally available care options when longer follow up is required.
Ending Homelessness
We believe that anyone experiencing homelessness can obtain housing with the appropriate level of assistance or supportive services. Through participation in our outreach, shelter, psychiatric, and supportive services, we aim to promote sustained recovery, independence, and community participation in the lives of those we help.
Overcoming Trauma
We reach out to children and families whose lives have been shattered by violence, working closely with those who have experienced or witnessed sexual and/or physical abuse, kidnapping, suicide, homicide or rape. We provide the intensive clinical services needed to help overcome the trauma and to break the cycle of violence in homes and communities across Cuyahoga County.
